Terms of Use

Updated November 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Meta Media LLC (Georgia). They apply to the Narrativ service: the iOS and Android apps and the website. What happens to your data when you delete your account is described in the privacy policy.

Meta Media LLC
Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Ikalto I lane N 1
support@mtmd.dev

The short version

  • Narrativ is run by Meta Media LLC. You must be at least 16 years old to use it.
  • Your content stays yours; content in someone else’s workspace stays with that workspace. We use it to run the service, tailor it to you and keep it safe — not to sell it.
  • AI creates the texts and images. Check the result before you publish it: you are responsible for what you post.
  • A viewing link shows your content to anyone who has it. An invitation lets one person into a workspace.
  • We remove content that breaks these terms. You can report content with the “Report” button in the editor, on the draft screen and on a viewing link; we aim to review serious reports within 24 hours and all others within 3 days. Questions and complaints: support@mtmd.dev.
  • You can delete your account at any time. The privacy policy says what is deleted.
  • Premium is a paid subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. The price and the period are shown before you pay. A purchase through Apple is cancelled in your Apple ID settings, and deleting your account does not cancel it.

This is a summary. The full text below is what counts.

1. Who we are and accepting these terms

The Narrativ service is owned and operated by Meta Media LLC, a company registered in Georgia. Below, “we” means that company and “you” means the person using the service.

By creating an account, signing in or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old. If you use the service on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on their behalf.

If we learn that someone under 16 is using the service, we may close the account.

2. What the service does

Narrativ turns text, a link, a voice recording or an idea into content for social media — carousels, posts, hooks — and lets you refine it in an editor. We may add, change and remove features.

The service includes:

  • workspaces and clients inside them;
  • inviting other people into a workspace by link;
  • links for viewing finished content;
  • delivery of content to Telegram if you have connected the bot;
  • ready-made templates, as well as your own images, logos and style references.

Narrativ has a free plan and a paid Premium subscription (see “Premium subscription and payment”). On the free plan we may limit the number of generations and other actions. Limits are an operational measure, not a right you can count on. We may also restrict use that looks like abuse, such as automated mass requests.

We will tell you the price and terms of paid features before you pay, and we will not charge you without your explicit consent.

3. Premium subscription and payment

Premium is a paid subscription that applies to your workspace. It raises the limits of the free plan: a Premium workspace can make up to 100 generations in any 24 hours. This ceiling protects the service from abuse. We may change it, and the current features and limits are shown in the app on the purchase screen.

Premium is sold as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription; which periods are offered depends on where you buy. The price, the currency and the length of the period are shown in the purchase window before you confirm the purchase, and the price depends on your country and the store. There is no free trial period.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price until you cancel it. When you buy through Apple, the payment is taken from your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, and each renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

A subscription bought through Apple is managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings (on an iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and Premium works until then. We cannot cancel a subscription in the App Store for you.

Payments, refunds and billing disputes for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple under its own rules. We do not receive your card details and cannot refund such a purchase ourselves. This does not limit your rights under the mandatory consumer law that applies to you.

If you changed your device or reinstalled the app, press the “Restore purchases” button to get your Premium back. It works with the same Apple ID that made the purchase, and Premium then moves to the account on which you restore it.

You can also buy Premium on our website where it is offered. The seller of Premium bought on the website is Meta Media LLC, Georgia, and the payment goes through the payment service Lava. The contract of sale is concluded with Meta Media LLC, Georgia; the use of the service itself is governed by these terms with Meta Media LLC. The price, the currency, the renewal and the way to cancel or ask for a refund are shown on the payment page and in the payment confirmation, and they apply to that payment together with these terms. If the payment page does not say how to cancel or get a refund, write to support@mtmd.dev.

On a platform other than iOS, Premium is bought through the store or the payment service that the app offers there. Its own terms on payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds apply together with these terms.

Premium lasts until the paid period ends — or, if a renewal payment fails, until the store ends the grace period in which it still gives access — or until the store or the payment service cancels, refunds or reverses the payment. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through a store or a payment service: cancel it first. If we close your account for breaking these terms, Premium ends with it, and a refund for the rest of the paid period, if there is one, is decided by the store or the payment service under its rules.

We may change the prices and the content of Premium; for a purchase on the website the price is set by the seller. A new price applies from the next renewal. Where the store or the law requires your consent to it, we will ask for it, and without your consent the subscription ends with the paid period.

4. Your account

You can sign in with a one-time code sent by email or with a password. You can also sign in with Apple or Google. One account is one person: do not share access with others, and do not create new accounts to get around a limit or a block.

You are responsible for everything that happens in your account and for keeping your password and code emails safe. If you think someone else has gained access to your account, write to support@mtmd.dev right away.

Use an email address you have access to: sign-in codes and deletion confirmations are sent there.

You can delete your account at any time — in the app (Settings → Delete account) or on the /delete-account page without installing the app. What is deleted is described in the privacy policy. Deleting the account does not cancel a paid subscription: cancel it first (see “Premium subscription and payment”).

5. Workspaces and invitations

A workspace belongs to the person who created it. The owner decides whom to invite and is responsible for what members do in the workspace.

An invitation link works like a key: whoever opens it first joins the workspace. One link admits one person and expires after a limited time. Send it only to people you trust.

Content created in someone else’s workspace stays in that workspace with its owner, even if you leave the workspace or delete your account.

If the owner deletes their account, the workspace is deleted immediately and for good, together with everything in it, including your content.

6. Your content

“Content” means everything you upload or create in the service: texts, links, voice recordings, images, logos, style references, finished carousels and posts. You keep your rights to it — we do not become its owner.

So that the service can work, you give us a non-exclusive right to:

  • store your content and process it, including to tailor results to you;
  • pass it to our contractors, such as AI and storage providers;
  • show it to you and to people you have given access to;
  • send it where you ask us to, such as Telegram;
  • review it, automatically and, when a report or a security concern requires it, by hand, to keep the service safe and to enforce these terms.

This right lasts while the content is stored in the service. It is only for running the service, tailoring it to you and keeping it safe. We do not sell your content and do not publish it in our own name.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload or import by link, and that it does not violate the law or anyone else’s rights. Do not upload other people’s content that you are not entitled to use.

If you work with a client’s content, you must have the client’s permission. If your content shows or names real people or contains other people’s personal data, you must have the right and the consent needed to use it.

A viewing link opens the content to anyone who has it, and it stops working after a limited time. Before sending a link, make sure the content contains nothing that outsiders should not see.

Messages our bot has already sent to Telegram stay in that chat. We cannot take them back.

7. AI-generated content

Texts and images are created by artificial intelligence models. They make mistakes: they can distort facts and invent quotes, names and figures. Other people may receive similar results, and the same request can give different results at different times as the models change.

You check the result before publishing and are responsible for what you publish: for its accuracy, for compliance with the law and with the rules of the platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others), and for labelling content as AI-generated where required.

A result can accidentally resemble someone else’s work, a trademark or a real person’s likeness. Check this before you publish: you are responsible if you infringe other people’s rights.

We do not guarantee that a result will be unique, suit your purpose or be protected by copyright in your country. We claim no rights in the result created for you. To the extent the law and the terms of our AI providers allow, you may use it, including for commercial purposes.

A result does not express our views and is not legal, medical or financial advice.

To create content, we pass the content of your request — text, a link, a voice recording, selected images — to AI providers. Do not enter anything that does not belong in third-party systems: passwords, payment details, other people’s personal data, trade secrets.

We automatically check what you enter and what the AI returns for content that is not allowed, such as sexual content involving minors, threats, graphic violence and encouragement of self-harm. For this check the text is passed to OpenAI. We may refuse a request or discard a result that fails it.

8. What is not allowed

You may not use the service to create, store or distribute:

  • content that breaks the law, including any material depicting the sexual abuse of children — we may report such material to the competent authorities;
  • threats, harassment, discrimination, encouragement of self-harm, or calls for violence and hatred;
  • deception: impersonating a person or a company without their permission, fake reviews, knowingly false statements of fact (including about elections), fraudulent offers, or passing off AI images as genuine photographs of real people or events in order to mislead;
  • intimate images of a person made or shared without their consent;
  • spam and mass mailings;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights, including copying other people’s posts word for word;
  • malicious code.

You also may not:

  • enter other people’s workspaces and content without an invitation, or look for vulnerabilities in the service without our permission;
  • use link import to reach private addresses or internal networks;
  • bypass limits, protections or the restrictions of AI models, automate the service with scripts, copy or resell its templates and code, or disassemble the app;
  • overload the service with requests.

Violations may lead to removal of content, revocation of links, restriction of features or blocking of the account.

9. Reports and moderation

We remove content that breaks these terms. If you see such content, press “Report” and choose a reason: the button is in the editor, on the draft screen and on a viewing-link page. For anything else, or if the button is missing, write to support@mtmd.dev with a link to the content and what is wrong with it. We review reports by hand. We aim to review reports of illegal content or child safety within 24 hours and no later than 3 days. All other reports are reviewed within 3 days.

We review reports and may, without notice, remove content, revoke a link, restrict features or close the account of whoever broke the rules. We may close the account of someone who repeatedly infringes other people’s rights.

If you are a rights holder, include in your report:

  • the work or right concerned and what shows that it belongs to you;
  • a link to the content in the service, or another description that lets us find it;
  • your name and how to contact you;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unlawful, that the information in your report is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

Do not send knowingly false reports: we may ignore them and may restrict the sender’s account.

If you disagree with our decision to remove your content or close your account, write to the same address and we will review it.

10. Third-party services

The service runs on third-party services: providers of AI models and speech recognition, cloud storage and database, Telegram, photo services, services that read posts from social networks, and the stores and services that handle purchases and payments. We do not control other people’s websites or the content you import.

When you connect Telegram or import content from the web, you also accept the terms of those platforms. We are not responsible for how they work, their availability or their rules.

Photos that the service picks from outside catalogues come under the licence of the catalogue. Do not post them apart from your content or resell them.

11. Our rights

The app, the website, the design, templates, fonts, texts and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service on these terms.

You may use the ready-made templates in your own content, including commercial content. You may not pass the templates themselves off as yours, post them separately or resell them.

Open-source libraries in the app are distributed under their own licences. Their list is under Settings → Open-source licenses.

If you send us ideas and feedback about the service, we may use them without payment and without any obligation to you.

12. Availability and changes

We try to keep the service running without interruption but do not promise it: failures, maintenance, errors and outages caused by providers are possible. The service is provided “as is”.

We may change or discontinue any feature, or the service as a whole. If we shut the whole service down, we will warn you in advance where possible so that you can take your finished content.

13. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account if you violate these terms, put other people or the service at risk, or the law requires it. Where we can, we warn you in advance.

After an account is closed, the provisions that by their nature should continue to apply stay in force: on liability, rights to content and governing law.

14. Liability

The law of each country protects consumers in its own way, and these terms take none of that protection away. Nothing in them limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited — for example, for intent, gross negligence or harm to life and health.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, loss of data or reputation, for how you use the content created and what platforms and third parties do with it, or for changes in how outside AI services work.

Our total liability to you under these terms does not exceed the amount you paid for the service over the last 12 months or, if you paid nothing, 100 US dollars.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, excluding rules that refer to the law of another country.

Please write to us at support@mtmd.dev first. If we cannot agree, the dispute is heard by the courts of Georgia.

If you are a consumer and live in a country where the law lets you bring a case in the courts of your place of residence or protects you with mandatory rules, those rights are preserved.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when new features appear or the law changes. The date of the latest update is at the top of the page.

We will publish material changes on this page and show them in the app when they take effect: for a material change the app asks you to accept the new version. Where the law requires earlier notice, we will give it.

If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you agree to the new version. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.

A new version does not apply to a dispute that arose before it was published.

17. App stores

If you installed the app from the App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Meta Media LLC, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, its content, support or maintenance, and are not obliged to provide them.

If the app fails to meet a warranty, tell the store: it will refund the purchase price, if there was one. The store has no other warranty obligations; claims about the app are our responsibility.

For iOS users: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo or designated by the US government as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on any list of prohibited parties. You also comply with the terms of the store you installed the app from.
